D2 Educational Consulting is a dynamic educational consulting start-up dedicated to meeting the needs of educational ecosystems and stakeholders. We use our experience as accomplished educators, instructional coaches, and administrators to provide professional learning designed to meet your particular needs in your community.
By taking a personalized approach to professional learning, we differentiate ourselves from those who present a one-size fits all approach. We understand that different schools, districts, and even departments or PLCs within a school will face their own challenges in reaching a common goal.

With seventeen years of classroom experience, Dave pairs practical pedagogical practices with progressive philosophies to develop methodologies that center whole student growth. Dave's passion for research and new ideas makes him a ideal collaborator for educators.
Daniel Miller, NBCT
Daniel is a seventeen year educator passionate about catalyzing student and teacher growth. Daniel uses his experience as a teacher, department chair, and instructional coach to form relationships with clients in order to take them from where they are to where they want to be. In partnership, real and lasting change is built to benefit whole school communities.
